Super-vivid visual lucid dream (?) this morning (not long before waking up). I remember thinking about how amazing it was to be watching the scene before my eyes, and how long I could hold the vision (as if it were a hypnopompic/gogic vision that would only last a few seconds). Lots of different colored trees and buildings along the coast of a large body of water. The scene was moving in front of my field of vision as if I were flying, or as if it was a large 3D model that was spinning (not too fast, not too slow). I recall that I named the color(s) of some of the trees (but can’t now remember the colors - grays, purples?)

Probably lasted a full 30 seconds or so. I had other very visual dreams, before and after this ā€œdreamā€ (felt like a semi-wake vision), but nothing like this one.

Also had a very intense argument dream with my dad - I was very hurt and emotionally distraught in it. This was the last dream in the sequence right before waking up. He was just being very critical at my confusion surrounding putting on the wrong non-waterproof boots as I planned on going outside to pick up a wooden door with glass panes, that my daughter (?) had made fall down from inside the room/house. He was just getting back home from work, or something, and elements of the scene were similar to our townhouse growing up.

Other dream topic:

  • Inline hockey game
